RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY:

All sales are final, and kittens are sold as-is, with no refunds or returns. The buyer acknowledges that the kitten is in good health and free from disease at the time of sale, as far as can be determined by the seller/veterinarian. The buyer also agrees to provide a safe and suitable home for the kitten.

As soon as the kitten is ready to travel, shipping will typically occur within 10-20 days of the purchase date. The final decision on the delivery date will be made by the seller, with the recommendation of a veterinarian. Delivery will be carried out through third-party services (freight brokers, state veterinarians, and airlines). Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics, mechanical failures of ground or air transport, or other unforeseen events. The seller is not liable for any delays, including those that may cause inconvenience or financial loss to the buyer. The seller is only responsible for providing the necessary health certificate and vaccine records for domestic flights in the USA and Canada.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

The seller guarantees that all pets are litter box trained and have begun training on a scratching post. The pet is also guaranteed free of FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline AIDS). The seller will have the pet examined by a veterinarian and complete all age-appropriate vaccines at the pick-up time. The buyer may request additional disease screening and vaccines at their own cost. The pet is not guaranteed against respiratory disease, fleas, ringworm, or any nuisance disease, except for congenital disabilities after the kitten arrives at its new home.

If the pet dies within six weeks of delivery due to FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), and the diagnosis is confirmed by a licensed vet by necropsy, the seller will cover the cost. For the next six months, the buyer will receive a 50% store credit of the base price of the kitten if the kitten passes away due to FIP. If the pet dies within one year of delivery due to a hereditary or congenital defect, and it is certified by a necropsy by a duly licensed and trained pathologist, the seller will replace the pet. The buyer must present a certified written proof of the defect in the form of a complete necropsy report from a licensed pathologist within 30 days of necropsy being performed. The seller is not obligated to replace the exact color/pattern/sex of the pet.

SELLER’S DUTIES:

The seller guarantees the conformity of the pet with the quality specified in the contract. The seller will transfer the pet to the buyer at the age of not earlier than three months, with preventive vaccinations. The seller will also transfer the international standard veterinary record/passport with the specified prophylactic vaccinations. The seller cannot guarantee the pet’s performance, contest wins, or that the pet will earn title awards.

BUYER’S DUTIES:

The buyer must provide the pet with proper care and maintenance, full nutrition, timely veterinary care, and vaccination. The buyer must keep copies of all medical exam reports or medical records, and in case of claiming any pet replacement, the buyer must make copies of the same available to the seller. The buyer shall take the pet for a veterinary exam with a licensed veterinarian within five days of the delivery date. Failure to do so or any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling releases the seller from any responsibility regarding the pet.

BREEDING RIGHTS:

If the pet was purchased without breeding rights, the buyer shall have the pet spayed or neutered upon reaching eight months of age. If the buyer fails to have the pet spayed or neutered, it shall constitute a material breach of this

Additionally, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the Pet receives proper care, including timely veterinary visits, proper nutrition, and appropriate training. The Seller guarantees that the Pet is free from FeLV and FIV, has received all age-appropriate vaccines at the time of pickup, and is litter box trained and has begun training to a scratching post.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling releases the Seller from any responsibility regarding the Pet. The Buyer must have the Pet examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first five days of receiving the kitten. Failure to do so or the presence of any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling releases the Seller from any responsibility regarding the Pet.

In the event of the Pet’s death within one year of the Delivery Date due to a hereditary or congenital defect, as determined and certified by a necropsy by a duly licensed and trained pathologist, the Seller will replace the Pet. To receive a replacement Pet, the Buyer must present the Seller with certified written proof of the defect in the form of a complete necropsy report from a licensed pathologist within 30 days of the necropsy being performed.

Furthermore, the Seller cannot guarantee performance, contest wins, or that the Pet will earn title awards. Breeding rights are only granted if specifically stated in the purchase agreement, and the Buyer agrees to only breed the Pet in an ethical manner, taking into account the Pet’s health and safety at all times.

In summary, all sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns.
